We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Learning and Interventions Delivery Manager at Auckland Region Women's Corrections Facility (ARWCF).
Situated in Wiri, Manukau ARWCF recognise the women we manage have different needs to men therefore we have set an approach that will give our women the care, treatment, encouragement, counselling, skills and support required to shape better futures for themselves, their children and their families.
Based on site at ARWCF this operational management role is critical to ensuring the education, rehabilitation and reintegration needs of wahine within the facility are being met through appropriate interventions. This will include the support and integration of volunteers and volunteer programmes into the facility and ensuring release to work activities are supported to provide wāhine with opportunities to improve their work habits, work experience and skills to support them into employment post-release.

As a collaborative and inclusive Leader, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders (both internal and external)
It goes without saying you will have knowledge of and hands on experience within the education/learning space and will be able to bring a fresh perspective along with the following

- Experience in supporting business planning and strategic management
Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement which is based on 6 steps. The commencement salary is step 1 and is $105,908 and there is an annual step increase (from 2- 6) up to $122,873 - step 6. If you have experience and skills that align with our required competencies there is potential to commence on step 2 109,866.
