As a Team Leader within our Christchurch Client Administration hub, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative support within ACC's wider rehabilitation and recovery services.

You'll lead day to-day team performance, support capability development, and create an environment where people feel motivated, accountable, and supported to succeed.

This role suits an experienced operational leader who enjoys leading in fast-paced environments, using data and insights to drive performance, and coaching individuals with a range of experience levels and learning styles.

You'll work closely with leaders locally and nationally to support service delivery, continuous improvement, and positive customer outcomes.

  • Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational or administration environment.
  • Strong people leadership capability, including coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve performance outcomes.
  • Confidence managing team culture, performance conversations, and changing priorities.
  • Ability to use data, insights, and operational information to drive service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Strong decision making skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and pragmatism.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 - $119,161 depending on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time, ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
