We have an opportunity for a records/information management advisor to join our information management operations team to provide sound and practical records and information management advice and guidance to our Oranga Tamariki kaimahi.

Mō te tūnga | About the role
This role will support the Lead Advisor, Information Management Operations in delivering excellent support, guidance and advice to our kaimahi. The role will actively engage with the business and external stakeholders to help Oranga Tamariki manage information throughout its lifecycle while meeting information management obligations.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- A practical application of the theory of records and information management to the needs of the organisation
- A confident and effective written and oral communication style that delivers succinct, customer centric guidance and messaging to a variety of audiences
- Sound knowledge of electronic document and records management systems and physical records.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, including the Public Records Act
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high quality outputs
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
