  • New role with autonomy to establish best practice processes and measurements
  • Help us use data to provide customers with innovative online solutions

It's an exciting time here at New Zealand Post as we evolve from a traditional mail business to one with a big focus on e-commerce, parcels and logistics.  We're committed to providing our customers with innovative online solutions that make their lives easier.

We're after a top notch Digital Reporting Analyst who will have their finger on the pulse when it comes to understanding our online customers' needs, researching customer requirements and understanding their business goals both for today, and into the future.   You'll be defining and delivering a range of dashboards, providing sharp analytics and insights around online customer behaviour and working closely with others to see how we can make our customers' experience even better.

There will be a leadership aspect to the role in terms of information management, with ongoing recommendations for improvements resulting from data analysis. You'll also have the autonomy to establish processes, and key measurements across the Group.
