We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Propositions E-Commerce to be part of that future and take on this key position within our Customer Experience and Transformation Team which forms part of a newly established business area in NZ Post.  This role will see you leveraging your commercially entrepreneurial spirit to identify and prioritise the most valuable product / proposition development activities.

Key to your success in this role will be your solid and demonstrable experience leading and prioritising a portfolio of product development initiatives, identifying and taking new propositions to market and ensuring capturing.  You'll be commercially astute and have previous experience prioritising backlogs for a product or similar and technically you'll be an expert in lean start up assessment methods, governance and with recognised accreditation in Human centred design and/or Agile.   Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully influence, negotiate and bring these propositions to life.
