  • Corporate Talent Attraction and Sourcing
  • Auckland (East Tamaki) based
  • Maternity leave cover till April 2019

As an organisation we put the customer at the centre of everything we do – and as a Talent Sourcing team we work hard to make sure we understand the needs of leaders and plan and deliver solutions for them across both our internal and external talent markets.

Due to one of our teamies going on maternity leave, we are looking for someone to join us in our East Tamaki offices in the Highbrook Business Park to help us excite, attract and engage the best talent to opportunities at New Zealand Post.

We need you to be curious, want to learn about our business, our purpose and our plan and can take these messages to the future talent of New Zealand Post.

As a recruiter who loves what you do – you could have gained experience within either an in house or vendor environment – and be looking for your next opportunity to do great work.

You'll have experienced recruiting a range of corporate support roles – ideally with exposure to technology – from front line through to leadership - and can get stuck in managing a portfolio of roles to fill across the country. Our roles are end to end recruitment.

You'll want to play an active role to our nationwide team and be focussed on delivering results for leaders as well as providing engaging candidate experiences.

Apart from being a part of a great team we do offer the opportunity to work this full time role with flexibility.

To apply online hit the link below or visit our careers site www.jobs.nzpost.co.nz – there is a full Job description there. For a confidential conversation contact either Kristy Teece on 027 589 3156 or Catherine Scott on 0272421763.

Applications close cob 1 March 2018.

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will be subject to a security check, credit check and may be required to undertake a drug Test.
