About the team:
We're in the midst of a booming e-Commerce market - how exciting for us! Our Sales and Marketing team is responsible for maximising the value generated through domestic revenue and our pricing team that sits within this, is all about increasing margin generation and enabling the business to improve performance. As part of this team, you be guided by their goal of proving data-driven insights and performance reporting to enable the business to be one step ahead and successful in this ever-changing environment.

So, what will I be doing?
It's really about providing timely insight into our performance. But, it's not all analysis - you will also get to sell the story verbally or in written/visual format. You'll work with leaders across our business to help them understand what's going on. You'll spend your time sourcing and manipulating data to provides insights, and deal with bespoke requests. As with most analytical roles, there will be some monitoring and reporting mainly around our sales, marketing campaigns, along with our products and services. This may include monthly revenue and pipeline reporting. So, lots of reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets and analysis.

What makes this role great?
Our work is interesting, complex and unique. Through your insights, you'll be helping to shape the success of our parcel business and be part of our future ecommerce business. We want you to feel part of a team, so it's your opportunity to get involved and make some work friends.

A bit about you:
You'll be the kind of person that people enjoy working with. You'll feel comfortable influencing people with a goal of supporting others to succeed. You will have operated within an environment where you can challenge things and your expertise has been valued. You'll be keen to learn, and will thrive on intellectually challenging work where your analytical skills have been used in a commercial environment. While a tertiary qualification would be great, a background in data, reporting and analysis in a customer focussed commercial environment would set you up nicely as well.
For us, it's about how you get things done – your relationships, your interactions, your willingness to collaborate.
