About the role:

Based in either Auckland or Wellington, this is a great opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team that is customer focused and results driven. The Customer Enablement & Business Team provide a highly effective, centralised and customer focused backbone ensuring the success of our Acquisition and Retention Sales Teams.  Core to the success of this team is connecting the company's strategy with the primary purpose of each individual within this group.  Outside of structure we'll collaborate with wider teams across the group to deliver results across customer onboarding, day to day customer management, sales & customer reporting and continuous improvement of customer driven processes.  Success for us will be evident when customers are able to engage seamlessly with our teams and our frontline sales force are focused on outputs that are relevant and delivery value to the customer.

A bit about you:

You'll have some experience under your belt in customer service and relationship management roles, so can bring your expertise in problem solving and providing solutions for customers. You'll be able to demonstrate your confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and show that you can handle a lot of tasks on the go at the same time. And of course, it goes without saying that technically you'll have great skills across Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

You will have a knack for problem solving and have a passion for delivering customer centric solutions.
