About the role:

As the Reporting and Optimisation Analyst you willsupport National Processing Operations and project owners in the business with National Processing and business analysis, reporting, opportunity assessment, specification, development of all related aspects of operational services.

You will work closely with the Processing Centre Managers and Financial Managers to ensure that operations at major automated mail centres, Auckland Operations Centre (AOC), International Mail Centre (IMC) and Southern Operations Centre (SOC) are recorded, analysed and reported appropriately to ensure optimum processing of the facilities is effectively managed. Provide cover and support when required within the team in driving accurate sortation and operations throughput of the major processing facilities

A bit about you:

To be successful in this role you will have strong process skills with a wide understanding of process analysis. You will be familiar with SQL or similar data mining tools with the ability to produce relevant documentation. Exposure to large scale operations with automation and experience in courier, logistics and the production environment is desired, but not a must!

You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact well with others and provide support to ensure the smooth running of your business function. We're looking for someone who is an organised self-starter, who acts with customers in mind whilst driving and delivering in a fast-paced environment.  A desire and willingness to learn and resilience when facing new challenges will be highly valued in this role.
