Live the dream! A rare opportunity offering genuine family/work/life balance, a competitive salary package and the support of an engaged and high performing team.

At NZ Post we put the customer at the centre of everything we do – and as a Talent Sourcing team we work hard to make sure we understand the needs of leaders and plan and deliver solutions for them across both our internal and external talent markets.

Right now, we are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to join us for 16-24 hours per week, across 4-5 days. Based in either Auckland (Highbrook) or Wellington you'll help us to excite, attract and engage the best talent for opportunities at New Zealand Post.

We need you to be curious, want to learn about our business, our purpose and our plan, and take these messages to the future talent of New Zealand Post.

As a recruiter who loves what you do – you could have gained experience within either an in house or vendor environment.

You'll have experienced recruiting a range of corporate support roles – from front line through to leadership - and can get stuck in managing roles across the country. Our roles are end to end recruitment.

You'll want to play an active role to our nationwide team and be focussed on delivering results for leaders as well as providing engaging candidate experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our passionate and experienced talent team. We are proud of our collaborative and inclusive culture that appreciates the power of diversity and allows creativity to thrive and innovation to flourish. Ask us about how your part-time or flexible working arrangements could work for you in this role.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

We've attached a JD on our careers page: – but visit our website, see what we're doing and what we're about then apply online. For further information please contact Olivia Jacobs (Talent Sourcing Specialist) on 027 604 6834.

Applications close 23 June 2019

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will be subject to a security check, credit check and may be required to undertake a drug Test.
