About the role

  • Manage your own exciting and varied portfolio
  • Listen to our customers and guide their queries through to a resolution
  • Think on your feet to solve problems quickly, and sometimes collaborate with your colleagues to solve the problem
  • If you're tech savvy then this will be exciting, you'll be using a market leading CRM technology, completely new to the New Zealand workplace to track your progress. 

To thrive in this role you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and written
  • Utilise your excellent problem solving skills to get the best result possible
  • Have the ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
  • No week, day or hour is the same, so you'll need to be able to manage multiple priorities and leverage multiple systems, so you're a savvy task juggler.
  • You'll also have energy and love working as part of a team

Here are a few details you'll need to know:

  • The start date for this role is Monday 16th September - you must be available to start on this date to be considered.
  • Set shift patterns from Monday to Friday, between 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon. 
  • You will be required to attend an Assessment Centre day on Monday 26th August
  • East Tamaki location - no more sitting in peak hour traffic to get into the CBD!
