Programme Risk Manager
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Working as part of our Group Risk team, you will take the lead on risk management for our transformation programmes and projects.
This will see you providing expertise around project risk management and working closely with the programme leadership teams to identify, manage, mitigate and report on risk. You'll also provide coaching and advice to workstream leaders and business managers regarding their project risk management activities.
You'll also provide insights to Steering Committees, ELT and the Board on programme performance and risk management, whilst also using this information to influence the desired behaviours and outcomes of the programme in relation to risk. You'll do this through workshop facilitation, education programmes, and risk assessments.

As an experienced practitioner, you'll be well versed in all things risk and project management, particularly on large transformations or in complex environments.
