The Customer Service Delivery (CSD) function is the engine room of New Zealand Post. Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Reporting to GM Strategy & Operational Excellence, this role works across our Customer Service Delivery (CSD) division to lead the governance and oversight of the portfolio of strategic work and engagement across CSD. You will be leading our PMO and BA functions across CSD and we would welcome your input to lift and develop these functions. This will include ensuring our focus is on the initiatives which are important, aligned to our business plan and strategic goals. This role will take an enterprise leadership role across NZ Post. Therefore, we are seeking applications from candidates with a collaborative and customer focussed approach, you will be fluent working across an organisation, developing strong and sustainable relationships.
Mōu - About you
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have proven and demonstrated experience where you have been involved in business planning and oversight across major projects and programs. You will have experience shaping, creating and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring appropriate focus on overall portfolio performance. Ideally, you will hold a Project/Programme Management certification and bring a continuous improvement capability.
Experience applying this experience within a domestic or international logistics business is desirable.
Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Auckland however we are open to considering other NZ locations.
