Mō mātou | About us
The DX team are dedicated creative specialists. We produce a wide range of digital media for online delivery, including video (live action and animation), interactives, graphic design, and illustration. We are also progressing our first project in WebXR (Extended Reality) for vocational education. This reflects our continued drive to discover, define and develop new media solutions for our learners.
DX prioritise continuous improvements in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), accessibility, and cultural practice, often collaborating with external specialists to meet our shared goals. We thrive on creative challenges of all sizes, focused on effective learning and engagement. We design for the end-to-end learning experience, rather than digital media assets in isolation. And we do it with a good-natured and human-centred approach.
Ngā hua o tō tomo mai ki a mātou - Why you should join our team
The Open Polytechnic offers our kaimahi free education, flexible working options, a modern work environment, subsidised school holiday programmes (if you have children), free fitness classes, free car parking on campus, and an on-site café with coffee and food at great prices.
