We're transforming ACC into an organisation that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Business Customer Service Delivery Group (BCSD) is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC.

About the role:

The Incentive Officer role is responsible for ensuring all data is captured from employers for ACC s products and accuracy and data corrections are processed to a high level.

What we're looking for:

To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in data analysis and be competent in Microsoft Excel and/or Access database. Additionally you may have had to exposure to an audit, compliance or investigation environment.

You will display great attention to detail and enjoy checking accuracy for customer invoices, claim costs and levy codes. We not just looking for data people, taking ownership and accountability for ensuring customer expectations are met in a timely and effective way will be crucial to the success of the role.

Naturally you re proactive and enjoy identifying ways to improve processes and ensure continuous improvement.
