We're transforming ACC into an organisation that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Business Customer Service Delivery Group (BCSD) is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC.

About the role:

The Levy Classification Officer is responsible for helping improve the accuracy of business customer levies by ensuring the correct levy is applied depending on their activity. This includes responding to incoming correspondence, providing advice, dealing with escalated correspondence and reviewing information provided by internal and external customers.

What we're looking for:

To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in researching, reviewing information and clearly identifying business-focused solutions.

You will have excellent organisational skills. Good interpersonal and relationship building skills will be paramount to the success of the role where you are comfortable negotiating and influencing with stakeholders and customers.
