Job Description

What the role is about:

As a Claims Officer in the Client Information team you will be required to action requests for information, ensuring the distribution of client information is processed accurately and securely, and in a way that minimises any privacy risk to clients and ACC. You will also be involved in collating, validating and securely storing data and physical information in the ACC information management system. You will also be responsible for completing administrative duties, ensuring privacy compliance for client files and answering client queries via email and phone. It is important that you are comfortable working in a busy, large office environment.

The base salary for this role is $46,407 plus a 9% super contribution. The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm.
