Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
You will be reporting to the Regional Property Manager and will be responsible for the overall management of an assigned portfolio in North/West Auckland, ensuring physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:
- Relevant Property Management or Valuation qualifications
- Background in the management of property assets
- Understanding of financial and technical data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in undertaking options analysis and report writing
- Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
