Ko tā mātou mahi -  Our Role 

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect - Integration to join our Architecture practice based in our Wellington National office. Our practice is breaking new ground in the connection between architecture and new ways of working.  

In this role you will help the organisation work out the right paths into the future in our rapidly changing environment. You will provide direction and guidance that supports us to meet and continue to meet our business goals with the aid of technology.  

You will play a key role overseeing and influencing our integration practices in a diverse environment. 

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences whilst also navigating complex, often competing interests. You will provide coaching and mentoring to others who will have varying levels of knowledge. 

 
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring 

  • Demonstrable experience in diverse technology environments with a strong competency in integration 
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders 
  • Significant experience in enterprise change in a government or other complex organisation 
  • Understanding of technological, commercial and financial drivers and the impact on organisations 
  • Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team and wider organisation 
  • Experience in strategic planning and management
