Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Change Trainer to join our Change Enablement team based in our Wellington or Auckland office.
As the Senior Change Trainer, you will lead the learning needs analysis, training design, and the delivery and evaluation on changes to business practices and projects. You will ensure our training practices and approaches remain fit for purpose.
You will support the implementation of new service offerings from initiation through to release as well as deliver learning focused on increasing our people's proficiency and effectiveness through change initiatives. You will be innovative and want to make a difference.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Instructional Design / Training experience
- Experience creating good interactive e-learning solutions
- An innovative mind-set for trying new things and being hands on
- Experience at a Programme Level working across multiple projects
- Self-motivated with demonstrated high energy level, positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- Proven experience in developing, designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and evaluation
- Expert presenter and facilitator of adult learning including discussion, focus groups workshops and courses
- The ability to coach other trainers on improving their design, development, delivery and evaluation skills and knowledge.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team player.
- Some change management and/or project experience would be an advantage
