Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
Based within the Project Controls and Scheduling team, the Programme Scheduler is responsible for setting up Project Programme Schedules and reporting on deliverables, including scope and programme, for assigned development projects to ensure the timely delivery of infrastructure and land development projects by ensuring that the scope and direction of each project meets project obligations and key milestones.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management / Civil Engineering or similar and/or proven project management experience.
- Proven project or programme scheduling experience preferably within infrastructure and / or land development industries
- Minimum of 5 years successful and relevant experience, and proven ability to influence decision making and add value to project delivery
- Experience in managing, reviewing and coordinating the performance and outputs of project consultants, contractors and professionals through all phases of civil construction projects
- The ability and desire to collaborate and work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- The behavioural characteristics and skills required to work in a matrixed environment
- Interest in public sector structure, governance, processes and systems
- Experience navigating and operating in a regulated environment, experience working constructively across functions and track record of building and maintaining the trust of all stakeholders
