Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for a Senior Adviser People Policy and Knowledge to help strengthen how our organisation develops and maintains people policy and people-related information. You will play a key role in reviewing, refreshing and restructuring policy content, updating guidance and knowledge resources, and ensuring information is easy for people to find, understand and use.
A big part of the role is working closely with subject matter experts to draw out the right information, reshape it for clarity and accessibility, and help them understand how their content fits within the wider policy and knowledge landscape. You will support people to refine their material, redesign intranet and knowledge pages, gather feedback and keep information aligned with organisational expectations.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable managing multiple pieces of work with different timeframes. You will interact with people across P&C and the wider organisation, balancing expectations, interpreting specialist content and coaching contributors through changes. If you enjoy problem‑solving, improving information systems and making policy and guidance work better for people, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact.
