Internal Workforce Team- Hybrid Team, with colleagues in Christchurch, Waikato and Wellington

Our Internal Recruitment team has an exciting position for a Candidate Coordinator. You'll have an opportunity to make real impact in this team, supporting two Senior Recruitment Advisers and our lead. Our Internal Recruitment team delivers internal recruitment, and tactical hiring- so you'll be agile and ready to flex to where support is needed most. You'll ensure our most precious resource, our kaimahi, are supported on their career journey. As part of the role you'll support regional Senior Recruitment Advisers with their recruitment and project work.

This position can be based in Auckland or Hamilton but travel will be required for this position at times.

Mōu | About you

You may already have recruitment/HR experience or be a skilled administrator/coordinator who has worked in a high-volume or corporate space and is looking for something extra special in their day-to-day work.

Our successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Candidate Coordinator who is able to showcase their initiative, you will not be shy in picking up the phone or cross functional collaboration to continue ensuring a seamless recruitment journey for our recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.

The salary range for this position starts at $57,824.00 with $68,028.24 being the midpoint (100%) of the range. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
