We are in search of a dedicated and self-driven individual who can actively engage in various office administration tasks. The available role is full-time permanent.
The key duties of this position include ensuring the precise recording and upkeep of medical information. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing reception duties, internal and external schedules, appointments, travel bookings, and maintaining databases.

He kōrero mōu | About you
You will possess a strong working knowledge of computerised systems and adept keyboard skills. Your capacity to develop and enhance operational efficiencies will be a key asset, and familiarity with SAP will be highly valued. Having knowledge of health systems and medical terminology would be advantageous. Practical experience in utilising MedTech, along with proficiency in Word and Excel, is a prerequisite. You should be capable of showcasing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a high level of expertise in customer service.
Experience in New Zealand is highly desirable, and preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience working within the New Zealand healthcare system. This will ensure a smoother integration into our workforce and a deeper understanding of the local context and standards of care.

The full salary range is $64,717 - $68,434. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
