Mō te tūnga | About the role
A permanent opportunity has arisen for a psychologist to join the Waiariki Psychologists' Office. Our team complete a variety of work across the Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, and Taupo districts including Tongariro Prison. Our office is based in Tauranga although some of the team live within the wider area so we encourage applications from across this region. The work can include both assessment and treatment work in Probation and Prison sites. There are also opportunities for group-based treatment delivery. The Tauranga team is a small team of fifteen staff and the collegial environment provides strong support for psychologists at all stages of their professional career.

The salary range for this role is $83,286–$133,370 per annum, with appointment and remuneration based on clinical competency, skills, and experience.
Frontline Psychologists may also access additional allowances, professional development funding, flexible working arrangements, and a range of benefits including:
