About the Role
As a Systems Analyst, you will work as member of the clinical governance team and is responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of the national quality and patient safety systems. This involves managing the national policy library and other systems and providing technical support to users.
This role with partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the system to support quality outcomes for patients and the efficient functioning of services through quality and patient safety systems. This role requires experience in SharePoint environment and systems administrations.
About the Team/Service/ Location
This role will report to the National Clinical Governance Manager, part of the Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) team within the Office of the Chief Clinical Officer (OCCO) to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care to achieve Health New Zealand goals.
About you
You are a skilled and organised Systems Analyst, with experience with SharePoint, who is interested in contributing to the work being done within the QPS team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to use and further develop your excellent analytic and organisational skills. This role requires the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, enabling you to tailor complex messages to various audiences with clarity and credibility.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and other SharePoint-related tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and integration with SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
