About the Role
We have the opportunity available to join our Health Protection team as an Administration Coordinator Clinical in a permanent, full-time role.
The purpose of the role is to provide a range of day-to-day coordination functions primarily supporting the Clinical team with some support of the CD team as needed including project co-ordination and product delivery, to enable the Health Protection Directorate to deliver on a high-quality work programme.
The Protection directorate has several co-ordinator roles, with each providing support and knowledge across the various teams. This position description describes the core purpose, key result areas, general relationships and experience needs required.

About you
As an experienced administrator, you enjoy solving complex problems, are motivated by top-notch performance, and are someone that excels in a behind-the-scenes supporting role. To be successful you must be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle changing priorities, work across teams and be someone that naturally enjoys an environment and role that is constantly changing. You will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative coordination role, preferably with 2+ years of demonstratable experience
- Able to plan, prioritise, and deliver work on time, and to required standards across the breadth of the role
- Excellent organisation skills with a good eye for detail
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Great at organising meetings, taking minutes and meeting notes
- Ability to support HR requirements and liaison
- Ability to help manage work planning and documentation
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organisation
- With the support of Health NZ, you will proactively take care of your own health and safety, to ensure a safe and supportive work environment
