About the Role
The primary role of the Business Analyst is to administer, support and enhance the electronic referral system across the Te Manawa Taki region, whilst developing and improving processes and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
This will include leading the development, training, and support of the eReferral system across Te Manawa Taki, simplifying technical information, gathering requirements, coordinating testing and audits, and maintaining form libraries. It ensures high-quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and that the system meets regional needs through reporting, user engagement, and issue resolution
About you
You will have 2-3 years experience in business analysis or system application support with a relevant qualification to support this, and the ability to work with and simplify complex information.
A keen interest in the software development process, experience using Microsoft Office and adequate documentation and elicitation skills are essential. Experience working with community-based health technology is desirable but not essential.
