About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to support the implementation of a National Processing Hub for the management of Continuing Medical Education expenses and leave including managing the overall day to day processes, systems and reporting ensuring that employees are paid their claims on time and leave is deducted according to the relevant clauses within the Collective Agreements and HNZ Policies.
About you
You bring 8-10 years' leadership experience gained within large, complex organisational environments. You are comfortable operating in settings with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and high levels of operational and legislative complexity.
You have proven experience establishing new functions, developing and embedding new processes, and leading teams through significant change. You approach change in a structured and inclusive way, supporting your team while maintaining momentum and delivery.
You also have hands-on experience implementing Collective Agreement and policy clauses into payroll systems. You understand the importance of accurately translating contractual requirements into system configuration to ensure compliance, consistency and employee trust.
