Funding Analyst at Te Whatu Ora, All Locations

About the Role 

The primary purpose of the role is to support the provision of advice to the Public and Private Hospital Purchasing team to make data and evidence-driven decisions for the prioritisation of investments and investment changes in Funding Hospitals.

Understanding population, price, cost, and the strategic context are key inputs into the investment pipeline for Hospitals to ensure there is a robust system and process in place to inform national priorities and strategic planning.

About you 

You will have 5+ years' experience working in an analyst role, and preferably have experience applying critical thinking to develop options related to policy development and the machinery of government.

Your strong communication skills and self-awareness will allow you to establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels, enhanced by your experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
