Product Analyst - Immunisations - NPHS at Te Whatu Ora, All Locations

About the Role

We have the opportunity available for a Product Analyst to be part of the Immunisations team within NPHS.  In this role, the Product Analyst operates at a support/admin level responsible for the day-to-day support for operationalised products. The role works closely with product teams, technical support teams, product consumers / customers to ensure the product operates as anticipated and can be used as intended by its users. The role contributes to data quality assurance activities to maintain accurate, reliable, and trusted information across systems and operational processes.

About you

You are someone with an understanding of and ability to provide operational support and troubleshooting to operationalised products. You're able to apply critical thinking and using sound judgement to develop options and provide advice.

  • A tertiary qualification in computer science, information science, business systems, or equivalent experience
  • The ability to engage and hold meaningful conversations with users of the systems
  • Strong experience in a comparable role delivering positive business outcomes and associated entry level to intermediate knowledge and skill in core aspects of analysis and solution development
  • Experience working with reporting tools and managing data sets in line with Privacy Standards
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of data accuracy and quality, particularly in supporting confidence in immunisation data and reporting
  • Successful experience in managing a small to medium portfolios of work involving multiple and concurrent needs
  • Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence
