Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The National Manager, Health Technology Planning & Administration reports to the General Manager of Health Technology Management and leads a team whose responsibilities include programme development, programme management services, and business administration within Health Technology Management. The key functions of the role include:
- Lead a team developing and implementing a portfolio of HTM programmes
- Lead the establishment of an HTM Programme Management Office and its functions
- Develop and implement HTM business administration services
Mōu | About you
We're looking for someone who can develop a portfolio approach in this new function. You will need to work collaboratively across Te Whatu Ora to build and deliver highly customer centric services. You'll be highly organised, driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Minimum 10 years in a portfolio management /programme management office development role in the health sector
- Demonstrated experience leading leaders to deliver programme planning and management for health technology
- Experience influencing highly skilled, high performing and engaged professional teams in a multi-faceted and demanding environment.
- Experience leading teams in an Equipment Management/Health Technology function, building capability and lifting performance of a programme management team or organisation.
- Proven experience of Equipment Management asset lifecycle management and process improvement, leading change with a record of successful implementation, organisation wide
