About the role | Mō te tūnga
Health Services at Auckland Prison in Albany are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed individual who is capable of working in a wide range of office administration activities.
The prime responsibilities of this role are, to ensure accurate medical information is recorded and maintained, while supporting the team with day-to-day administration duties, including reception, internal and external schedules and appointments, travel bookings and database management.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A sound working knowledge of computerised systems and keyboard skills
- An ability to develop and improve efficiencies
- Knowledge or understanding of working with SAP
- Familiarity with health systems and medical terminology would be advantageous
- Experience using Medtech, Word and Excel
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written
- High level customer service skills
If you are a team player with the ability to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining patient confidentiality, this will be the key to outstanding delivery.
Salary range for this position is $45,518 to $54,120
Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa. Also hold a full NZ drivers licence and be fully vaccinated.
