About the Role

As a Recruitment & Allocation Coordinator, you'll provide high-quality recruitment, allocation, and employment administration services for RMOs and training committees. You'll manage onboarding processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records to support workforce operations. This role is integral to delivering a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and allocation cycles for RMOs in line with national timelines.
  • Process onboarding documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, Medical Council registration, and health screening requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and MCNZ systems and compile workforce reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, training committees, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi principles and commitment to cultural diversity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Taleo and HRIS systems is desirable.
