About the Role
As our Payroll Support person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our payroll operations by supporting essential administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass various support roles, including call centre assistance, mail room operations and filing room management.
About the Team/Service/ Location
As our Payroll Support person, you will be a part of a supportive and positive team, reporting to the Team Leader. Based at the Connect Business Part in Penrose, you'll work closely with the business, ensuring accurate management of organisational and workplace structures within the HR management and payroll systems. Our team is collaborative, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will make a real impact.
About you
You're a self-motivated and focused professional with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. With experience in a similar role, you will bring your strong communication skills which allow you to collaborate seamlessly across different teams, and you're always ready to jump into a variety of tasks with confidence. - Work experience in an office/clerical environment
- Diploma in Business and Administration Skills or similar experience
- Self-motivated, able to stay focussed despite low level of variety
- Organised – sets self-deadlines and works diligently towards achieving outcomes
- Independent thinker – will challenge the status quo, question if unsure or things do not appear right
