About the Role

As a Payroll Support person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations by supporting a range of essential administrative functions.

Your responsibilities will include providing call centre support, assisting with mail room operations, and managing filing processes to ensure payroll documentation and workflows are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a varied and hands-on role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will directly contribute to the smooth running of payroll services in a fast-paced environment.

About you

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you bring a proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.

You will have:

  • Experience working in an office or clerical environment
  • A Diploma in Business Administration (or similar experience)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

You'll also be someone who is confident to ask questions, challenge when needed, and stay focused even in roles with routine or repetitive elements.
