What will you be doing | Ngā whainga
This role is critical to supporting Tourism New Zealand during our multi-year recovery by helping international and domestic audiences to experience New Zealand in a positive, premium, and seamless manner across owned channels.
In this role you will work closely with our offshore and domestic marketing teams to deliver world class digital experiences across TNZ's suite of websites, primarily newzealand.com - a webby award-winning global website that receives in excess of 15 million visits a year and is our biggest touch point with potential and actual visitors to New Zealand.
You will work closely with the wider Global Social & Digital Experience team to help reduce barriers for audiences and by converting from dreaming about New Zealand into planning and booking a holiday.
You will develop a wider focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) across all sources of traffic on top of paid campaigns. This involves A/B testing, multivariate testing and other methods, analysing data and making recommendations to improve engagement and conversion results.

- Be a smart digital marketer with website optimisation and integrated marketing campaign experience.
- Experience in Digital Marketing with at least two years' experience in a campaign or conversion focused role where you have been designing and delivering highly engaging content and world class user experiences (UX) across digital channels.
- A passion for analysing and optimising your work to achieve high performance against targets
- Good understanding of web analytics tools ideally adobe Analytics or have transferable skills from Google Analytics
- Experienced using other integrated experience elements, including SEO and delivering a seamless UX.
