What will you be doing | Ngā whainga
This is a new role working closely with the wider Qualmark and Tourism New Zealand teams, to support Qualmark's membership engagement strategy and is critical in connecting Qualmark with its 2,000+ members. The role reports to our Membership Engagement Manager and provides support to execute Qualmark's engagement strategy to ensure ongoing value for our Qualmark members.
You will work alongside the Qualmark team to develop opportunities and ensure Qualmark members have content, tools and resources to help them with continuous improvement and access to member benefits. In addition, through Qualmarks partnership with Tourism New Zealand, you will work with the various teams both locally and globally, to communicate any updates about Qualmark members for inclusion in content and events.
The role will directly contribute to the achievement of the organisation's goals of enriching Aotearoa NZ, industry and manuhiri.

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable using a CRM.
- Experience across digital channels ie social, SEO, EDM, website's.
- Ability to build a strong rapport with members and key stakeholders.
- Can take a forward thinking and passionate approach to delivering great value to members.
