We are looking for an Administrator who can support the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB) on its project to change how we deliver child health services in the BOPDHB.
You need to be very organised, process driven and a team player. This full-time position is based in Tauranga and will be on a fixed term contract until June 30, 2022.
The role is part of a newly formed team of professionals who will be navigating a test of change process that will require clear administrative support to ensure we have a robust and client and staff friendly pathway.
The role will include the creation of administrative processes within our current network, booking of clients to designated clinics, sending out of emails and letters to whānau and liaising with the clinical roles within the 3 main services (Child Development Service, Child Mental Health and Paediatrics).
