About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who is flexible, resilient and a fast learner. As an administrator supporting the scheduling of patients for planned care, you will work across the Surgical Service providing support to schedule patients appropriately for appointments and surgery at Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals in line with the Ministry of Health requirements.
This role requires a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole surgical scheduling team as required. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
As a member of the administration team, you will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will enjoy demonstrating your high level of organisational skills and flexibility to ensure you are able to manage a challenging workload.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative support position.
