Tauranga Maternity is a person and whānau focussed unit providing personalised, quality maternity care to birthing women and their families. On average 10 babies are born in the Tauranga Moana every day and we provide primary and secondary care for about 2000 women and their whānau each year.
We currently have a permanent 0.8FTE position, working 64 hours per fortnight, available for a suitably experienced Health Care Assistant to work in our busy Maternity Unit at Tauranga Hospital.
This position involves working under the direction of our highly motivated team who are committed to delivering comprehensive quality care to women, babies and their family/whānau.

Applicants must have recent experience and should have completed a Level 4 Certificate in Health Care Assistance (or other relevant qualification).
