Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role

Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity with a passion for patient care? We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team.

We currently have multiple positions available for experienced Enrolled Nurses to work within our internal Nursing Bureau team. These positions are for part time and full time FTE, you will need to be able to work rostered shifts including morning, afternoon and nights across all seven days.

This role offers lots of variety, every day is different. Each shift the Bureau Team deploy you to work throughout the hospital in response to short notice leave and variance response. To begin with we require a good knowledge base, and we will orientate you to our medical and surgical wards. This role is a good opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and increase your scope for future career opportunities.

Mōu - About You

The ideal candidate requires excellent time management and communication skills. You will also require current registration with the NZ Nursing Council and recent acute care experience in Medical and/ or Surgical nursing.  You must be comfortable working under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse, and alongside Health Care Assistant's and volunteers, to ensure evidence based clinical care is provided.
