He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role

Are you looking for change? We have two roles available for capable pharmacists to provide a clinical pharmacy service to our patients. You could be based at either of our two hospitals and could negotiate full time or part time hours to ensure that the position works for you.

Our experienced clinical team are managing a growing service. We could support your development into a generalist role. Alternatively, we could accommodate a specialist pharmacist or pharmacist prescriber if you have the right experience. Cultural competency training would be supported to ensure that the successful applicant feels comfortable and is able to work with our patient population. 

All pharmacists at Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty work with multi-disciplinary teams as part of their medicines management roles.

The successful applicant will be patient focused, a team player, have a passion for clinical pharmacy, have excellent communication skills and be willing to share their knowledge. Participation in on-call and weekend roster is an expectation.

Salary range for this position is $73,037 to $108,457
