He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
The Purchasing and Supply Department of Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty operates a purchasing, warehouse and distribution service to the wards and departments of the Tauranga & Whakatāne Hospitals. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person, preferably with Purchasing experience, to join our Purchasing & Supply team in Tauranga.
The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent, customer focused purchasing service ensuring goods are available to the organisation in a timely and efficient manner.
The role is fixed term part time (24 hours per week) to February 2024.

You should have strong communication, computer and analytical skills and the ability to research and problem solve.
Experience in a purchasing environment would be an advantage.
