He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
The Surgical Scheduling Team based at Tauranga Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Surgical Scheduler/Administrator.
The main purpose of this position is to schedule patients appropriately for clinic appointments and surgery at Tauranga Hospital in line with the Ministry of Health requirements. This role requires a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole surgical scheduling team as required.
This is a fixed-term role, working until August 2024
He Kōrero mōu - About You
To be successful in this position you will have the ability to work to a high level and provide excellent customer service. You will be a strong communicator both in verbal and written communication while having well-developed interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative support position. You will have comprehensive knowledge of patient information systems and have a high level of detail and organisational skills.
