Job Description

We are seeking an organised, capable administrator who loves working with people! This role requires someone who is flexible and keen to work for short periods of time, during our normal working hours of 8am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, on a casual as and when basis. There are no set days or hours to this role.   


We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • General knowledge and experience in office administration
  • Great customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft computer applications
  • An interest in conservation
  • Knowledge of local tracks would be helpful


A clean drivers licence and the ability to travel to Te Kuiti and Te Rapa is required.


Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
