Job Description

Calling all administration superstars! We need your help to keep things humming and to make sure our teams are well supported in carrying out conservation work on the ground. You'll be part of a wider regional administration team who are vital to the operation of our organisation.


We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • a qualification in business/office administration or equivalent experience
  • an understanding of the work of the Department and how it contributes to New Zealand's future sustainability
  • high level organisation skills, ability to deliver accurate and timely information and solve problems as they arise
  • an advanced level of Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, flexible and adaptable taking on different tasks at any given time

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
