He angitūtanga | About the role
In this role you will work with a variety of people within the organisation and externally to help implement DOC's brand strategy. You'll also play a key role in helping to scope, plan and implement engaging regional or national campaigns and marketing activities. Drawing on your prior experience applying consumer insights and customer research, you will be part of a team whose work makes a valued and positive impact on DOC's brand and reputation.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an organised project planner and implementer, a great collaborator, a creative thinker, a good problem solver, be able to build and maintain strong relationships and be a dedicated DOC brand champion. You will apply best practice brand and marketing principles to ensure that the work you deliver has a positive impact on the organisation's strategic outcomes.
We're looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in delivering brand and marketing campaigns and supporting brand systems, ideally within large complex organisations or departments, and a proven ability to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
To be successful, you will bring the following;
- Experience delivering multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns and strategies,
- Experience using research, data, and audience insights to contribute to effective marketing campaigns,
- Experience working with and upholding brand guidelines,
- Strong understanding of engagement, product and behaviour change marketing,
- Delivering projects from conception to completion, including reporting,
- Highly collaborative, adaptable and consultative - with successful experience working with a variety of stakeholders,
- Ability to analyse complex information from a variety of sources, identify opportunities and provide impactful solutions,
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to work at pace and manage several priorities simultaneously,
- A natural team-player with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Although not a requirement of the role, we're interested to hear if you have experience in sponsor or partner marketing.'

The full salary range for this position is $79,656 - $100,639 but the appointment will be between $79,656 - $92,700 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory – this includes holding a valid work visa that covers the whole period of employment.
