The successful applicant will play a critical role in developing strategy, partnerships, systems, tools and processes to increase the scale and impact of outreach and education work across the Department and the wider sector.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of the New Zealand education curriculums, education methods and community outreach models, tools and practices.
  • Experience developing, managing and improving products, projects and programmes.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills and a proven ability to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

As well as strong technical skills we are looking for someone who is team focused, has good interpersonal skills and who can contribute positively to our team culture.
