Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to work in the stunning Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park and the Mackenzie Basin. 


As the LEOTC educator you will be co-ordinating, developing and delivering school education programmes in accordance with Ministry of Education (MOE) LEOTC contract provisions and the Department of Conservation (DOC) education strategy.


Teacher registration is desirable. Experience particularly at secondary geography level, and confidence working with children from all year groups inside and outside of a classroom is essential.


The successful applicant will be required to have Police clearance, hold a current New Zealand drivers licence and first aid certificate.
